Overview

RIZ9 Weaving Consultants provide end-to-end weaving solutions that maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and ensure total quality control through modern Industry 4.0 real-time data systems.

1. Yarn Preparatory Phase (Greige Yarn Stage)

• Yarn Inspection & Testing: Yarn standards defined before warping including strength, elongation, hairiness, and imperfections.
• Warp Breakage Standards: Defined according to yarn count and ends to achieve optimal loom efficiency.
• Warping (Direct/Sectional): Breakage standard set at 0.5 breaks per million meters (dyed yarn under 1).
• Sizing (Slashing): Customized size recipes (Starch, PVA, CMC) based on loom type (Air-jet / Rapier).

2. Weaving Shed Management

• Machine Selection & Setup: Expertise in Air-jet, Rapier, and Sulzer looms for multiple textile categories.
• Process Optimization: Fine-tuning shedding, picking, and beat-up mechanisms to reduce energy usage and wear.
• Climate Control: Controlled humidity and temperature to maintain yarn elasticity and reduce breakages.

• On-Loom Inspection: Early defect detection (starting marks, double picks, etc.)
• Grading System: 4-point system for export-grade fabric quality control.
• Doffing Optimization: Roll length optimization for dyeing & finishing efficiency.

5. Warehouse & Logistics Support

• Batch Tracking: Barcode-based traceability from yarn to finished fabric roll.
• Inventory Management: FIFO-based warehouse design with airflow optimization.
• Export Documentation: Support for C&F logistics, packing lists, and port compliance (Karachi & regional hubs).
